How this works
This checker runs a set of heuristics commonly cited as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) pain points: presence of contact information, standard section headers, bullet points, strong action verbs, and avoiding vague filler phrases. It's a helpful proxy, not a guarantee — different ATS platforms parse resumes differently, and no free tool can perfectly replicate every vendor's parser.
