Can I edit existing text inside the PDF?
No — this tool adds new text on top of the page (like a form-fill or annotation) and manages pages; it can't rewrite text that's already baked into the PDF's content stream.
Does rotating or reordering pages lose quality?
No — page management operations copy the original page content directly, so there's no re-rendering or quality loss. Only regions where you add text are newly drawn.
